Why We Built This Site
Texas provides public routes to many court dockets and files, but Comanche County does not have one clerk or database for every case. The District Clerk keeps district civil, felony, and family records. The County Clerk handles constitutional County Court and probate material. Justice and municipal courts keep their own matters. Tyler Odyssey, re:SearchTX, eFileTexas, and posted county PDFs also serve distinct purposes. We bring those roles, official links, contact details, request methods, and documented limits together so a reader can start with the right custodian.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference website with no affiliation to a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits.
- We cannot retrieve an official docket or case file for a visitor.
- We cannot set, move, cancel, or confirm a hearing.
- We cannot amend, remove, seal, or expunge a court entry.
- We cannot issue a certified docket, judgment, or filing.
- We cannot give legal advice about a pending or past case.
- We cannot promise that a listed fee, contact, procedure, or date remains current.
An official or certified record must come from the Comanche County clerk or court that maintains the original. This resource can identify that office, but cannot supply the document.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain search tools supplied by outside providers. Those businesses control their results, terms, privacy practices, and prices. We may receive a referral payment if a visitor follows a tool to a paid service, which supports free access to this reference material. We neither set the provider’s charges nor determine what appears in its results.
