Need an Official Docket or Record?
Choose the office by court level and request type. Comanche County uses separate custodians, so there is no single counter for all records.
- District civil, family, or felony file: District Clerk Brandy Jones, 215 N Houston, Comanche, TX 76442; mail Records Request to PO Box 206, Comanche, TX 76442; phone 325-356-2342. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed 12:30 to 1:30 for lunch.
- County Court, probate, or posted county docket: County Clerk Ruby Lesley, 204 E Oak Avenue, Comanche, TX 76442; phone 325-356-2655. Confirm the record-specific mailing address first.
- Justice Court citation, small claim, or eviction: Justice of the Peace Johnny Conine, 215 N Houston, Comanche, TX 76442; phone 325-356-3543.
- A hearing date: check the court schedule, then verify it with counsel or the clerk named on the case.
- An online case result: use the docket search route, but request certification from the originating clerk.
The District Clerkâs in-person copy instructions also identify the Comanche County Courthouse, 101 W Central, Comanche, TX 76442. Call before travel because the office and request locations are listed separately. Pending-case questions should never be directed to a judge.
